Resolving Complaints

If participants have a complaint about the Urban Teachers program – excluding any matters that are specifically academic in nature or related to the master’s degree program, which should be addressed through the Johns Hopkins School of Education – or an issue with an Urban Teachers staff member, please follow the formal complaints process described below. We are always open to assisting our participants.

If any participant in Dallas has a complaint, they may also follow the Texas Education Agency complaints process, when applicable.
