Teacher.org -- Check out this list of national teacher discount programs from retailers and organizations.
Teach.org – In addition to scholarships, you can find information about retail stores that provide great discounts for teachers.
Perks for Teachers-- You’ll find deals on hotels and attractions as well as more ideas about discounts from retailers on this list.
HOUSING
Good Neighbor Housing Benefit for Teachers – There are home buying programs for teachers. This one offers houses in designated revitalization areas at 50% of list price in exchange for living in the property for 3 years.
TAX SUPPORT
Many teachers can access tax support for free. Take a look at MyFreeTaxes.com and Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA).
FUNDING YOUR CLASSROOM
Teachers can often find grants or other opportunities to fund meaningful education experiences for their students. You should always refer to school policies prior to seeking gifts and/or fundraising.
Donors Choose -- Teachers can use the Donors Choose platform to raise funds and support for classroom projects and supplies.
